In damp track conditions and a shortened session the No. 93 Peugeot top the Hypercar tables. The session was red flagged for 40 minutes due to a crash involving the No.78 Akkodis ASP Lexus LMGT3 car resulting in a reduced time session. Given the conditions and shortened track time many of the drivers didn’t have time to fire up their tires and get a few flying laps down. While Peugeot will celebrate topping the table they know that their competitors will be back on the gas in FP2 later today. The No. 02 Cadillac V-Series.R driven by Alex Lynn finished P2 ahead of Andre Lotterer in his Porsche 963.
